- Our Family lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. Chris is a theater set designer, and Jess is a piano teacher and technician. Owen is a baby. He doesn't have a job yet.

The baby pictures are precious!
Rading your posts, I can vaguely remember those days. I think you're doing great! There were many days when just getting up and getting dressed was my major accomplishment for the day!
And you got to practice too! I'm very impressed. Breathe; try to enjoy every moment. What helped me was when I was able to let go of being goal oriented, but that was years later.
Now my baby is in college and it all seems worth it.

Dearest Jess and Chris,
I'm not used to seeing photos of infants that already look like great looking people (I hope that makes sense!) What a beautiful, beautiful baby you have--his photos draw me in, bringing a smile to face and an odd tear to my eyes. You have created a miracle of love, and I'm so grateful that the three of you are doing well, considering the challenges you've been dealing with! I cannot begin to imagine the work--the 24/7 hard work--involved in simply keeping him happy and alive--while hopefully keeping yourselves happy, too. (I'm reminded: "Women are like tea bags--you don't know how strong they are until you put them in hot water!"--(unsigned quote in a catalog)
You are all in my thoughts and prayers daily, and by keeping up with your blog, I know what to specifically send/ask for on your behalf--thanks for that. Feel free to let me know or have Crystal and/or Retta let me know when or if there is anything specific you'd like me to send/ask for, or our amazing, miracle-making Wednesday morning toning group to manifest for you :-).
